This is a positive displacement (PD),Reciprocating, triplex (three plunger rods) plunger pump constructed of a forged brass manifold, 304 stainless steel valve assemblies, solid ceramic plungers and FPM seals and o-rings. It also features a durable blue 2 mil epoxy paint treatment on the crankcase, rear cover and bearing covers and a special Liquid Gasket between the crankcase and manifold to seal out moisture. This pump has been designed to handle Triethylene Glycol (TEG) up to 240 degrees F (116 degrees C) the most common method for removing water from natural gas. Our electric/engine driven TEG pump product line has been field proven in the most rigorous dehydration conditions and will meet Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) compliance and lower regulatory costs.
